Overview

As part of a small team, I created a hypothetical, future-state client storyboard — including a visionary web portal and accompanying app — to illustrate how technology could tighten the personal relationship between financial advisors and their clients, all while better servicing client needs and enabling advisors to be more productive. These wireframes inspired our managing directors to initiative a long-term endeavor to improve client experience in 2017.

A Little about Me

As a Senior UX Designer with over 10 years experience, I am adept in end-to-end user research and design. As a designer, I consider myself a savvy veteran and strong generalist, able to jump in wherever is most needed. As a teammate, I strive to be a resilient optimist and enthusiastic collaborator. For the majority of my career, I've designed for B2B applications ranging from fast-growing startups to Fortune 50 international companies. I derive great satisfaction from the cross-functional collaboration that transforms complex problems into effective solutions.
 

In my life outside of design, I enjoy gardening, travel, reading novels (especially Stephen King), and the performing arts. I also adore dogs and take an excessive number of photos of my corgi & chihuahua mix, Biscuit.
